We work with over 60 schools across South Yorkshire and North Derbyshire.
These include early years, primary, special and secondary schools. Working with such a range of schools means we can offer our trainees a range of contrasting school placements.
We work hard to find the best placements to suit you. Please do let us know if you have a preference and we will work with you to accommodate it. When you apply via UCAS you will be offered a choice of locations; however, not all of our options are listed there. So please do get in touch with us to discuss what is possible. Equally, if you already have an existing relationship with a local school then do let us know.We want to make your training work for you, so will work hard to find a solution that suits.
Worried about travelling to your host schools?
We have lots of experience in supporting our trainees, whatever challenges they may face. They includes getting to grips with public transport timetables and co-ordinating car shares! Please don't worry - we will help you make it work!
Supporting you into your first job
During the course, we share the CVs of all our trainees with Headteachers across our network of 60+ schools.
Many of our trainees (over 60%) usually line up their first job several months before they actually finish our course!
